Participants, divided into teams, plan, design, and construct cardboard boats together, learning to coordinate roles, make collective decisions, and execute a shared plan.

In the Crazy Car Race, teams design and build a lightweight, creatively decorated mini-car that will carry one participant, while the others act as the “engine,” coordinating their efforts to push the car successfully. Materials provided are fun, unusual, and eco-friendly, including cardboard, recovered wood, wheels of different sizes, and more.
Participants channel their creativity toward shared objectives, such as representing the company’s identity, values, or innovative ideas, while learning to collaborate effectively.
The design and decoration phase adds a playful competitive element, encouraging planning, problem-solving, teamwork, and friendly rivalry. Teams can also compete for awards, such as the most creative or functional Crazy Car, before the final race.

Carton Boat: let’s challenge the principle of Archimedes! Develop an original project, create the boat and decorate it in the most original way. Only then we will put it to the test in water, with a speed race in the swimming pool. Be careful… not to sink!

Crazy Car Race: are you ready for a speed race? Let’s design and construct our mini car using recycled materials, and then put it to test on a track! Each team will choose a pilot to sit in the car and a “pusher” who will stand in for the motor. May the best win!

CSI-Crime Scene Investigation: in this activity, the Team will turn itself in a Forensic Squad to solve a horrible crime occurred in the hotel where we’re staying. With all the necessary instruments they will formulate a hypothesis, interrogate witnesses and… find the guilty!

Murder Mystery Dinner: the great classic of Team Building, it can have place during a corporate dinner with colleagues or customers. Guests are informed that a terrifying crime has occurred in the building, and they must discover the guilty. The suspense is very high, the actors are good, and dinner is spent with great fun!

Outdoor Training: problem solving activities in the open air. This is a classic of teambuilding, capable of improving collaboration and communication in the most difficult team. The activities are different and can be adapted to nearly every environment and need. It’s also perfect as an active addition to a Team Coaching path.

Survival Training: an adventure in the wild nature, where participants learn how to survive in extreme conditions. It can be done in any location, but of course the experience is most effective if we go in the desert! With our trainers the participants discover ancient methods for lighting a fire, building a shelter and helping an injured person.
