Turn ourselves for a day into directors and actors? With our Movie Making Team Building, it is possible! Here it is an Incentive and Team Building activity that suits teams of any dimension, even up to very high numbers of participants. We can do it in outdoor spaces, for example in the city streets (in this case we talk of an Urban Movie Making) or in a beautiful natural environment. But the location can also be in the indoor spaces of a hotel or a resort.
Thanks to the advanced technology that we use, in the short time of half a day each Team can create a mini short movie by itself. And what will it be about? An advertisement for a product, the vision of the company’s future or the testament of the visit to the city: the themes can be different and every team can choose what to create! What’s important is to divide tasks and perform all the steps of the creative process as a Team.
Lego Engineering
The purpose of this team building format is to highlight the importance of communication and teamwork in our everyday professional life and to create relationships between team’s members.
Working in little groups and facing unusual, small but challenging trials: these are the elements from which we start our training. Just a few minutes and participants feel completely free to express themselves and share emotions and thoughts.

Urban Game
Living the city in an original and creative way! That’s what Urban Game is about. It is by no means a simple “treasure hunt”. Instead, it is a day dedicated to the discovery of places, traditions, curiosities of the most beautiful cities.
Participants of an Urban Game divide themselves into Teams and receive a set of enigmatic clues to follow. Then, with the help of paper materials or of an iPad, they discover the path to follow to reach the final destination. And it’s not over yet! During the activity, they will have to face some creative challenges.
According to the results, the Teams will be evaluated by a panel of judges, and a winner will be proclaimed!
Murder Mystery Dinner
In this team building activity participants will experience in the first person the developing of an enigma worthy of Agatha Christie wearing the shoes of detectives. According to evidences and behaviors that the teams will observe and interpret, they will be able to reconstruct the crime. And the most important part? To share with others your reconstruction of what happened!
Each character has his/her own version of what happened. Is it true… or maybe he/she is hiding something?
Participants will live a direct experience of theatre, interacting with actors or playing the story by themselves!
Percussion Orchestra
The experience of building a music group is surprising for the rapidity with which it is possible to activate emotional mechanisms which normally are much slower.
The clue of the day is the creation of a real African orchestra. In it, each section finds its own rhythm, but it is also integrated harmoniously with the other sections, generating an overall result in which no component can be separated from the others.
Will the Team be able to communicate, work together, listen to each participant and to keep the same rhythm? We will discover it thanks to our Music Team Building!
CSI
After receiving a set of information, teams must solve the mystery. By investigating tracks and analyzing evidence, CSI Team Building participants have to figure out what had happened.
Focus on details is one of the main elements of the game! In fact, every single detail has its own importance and may have a real impact on the final result of the investigation. Also, cooperation is necessary in order to reconstruct the sequence of events. No one can expect to solve the case individually. Only by using all the materials, exploring all the evidence, and interviewing all the witnesses teams have a chance to reveal the truth.
Corporate Song
At the beginning of the activity, participants are equipped with paper and pen and can take advantage of the help of expert musicians. Then they start creating the lyrics of their song, giving as much space as possible to creativity, imagination, and emotions. And what about the themes? Usually they concern corporate Mission, Vision and Values!
After this first part, each team will sing and record its lines in a real studio we will arrange for the occasion. And if the customer wants to have something more at the end of the day than just an audio track, teams can create a music video that will always remind them of the experience.
Finally, we can involve famous artists. Just imagine: you will ask your favorite singer about the story of the creation of his most touching song… and replicate it by yourself!
Lip Dub
A LipDub is an original music video created on the notes of a famous song, usually the most recent summer hit. In this musical team building activity, participants will become screenwriters, directors, and choreographers of the video. As a result, they will create a fun and outstanding videoclip that will always remind of this experience.
This creative and musical activity brings a huge amount of fun. Thus it’s perfect for a corporate celebration of a Family Day. The best part is choosing and creating costumes and disguises. Makeup, colored wigs, original accessories: all of these contribute to making our LipDub the funniest party. Laughter is guaranteed!
